Managing your subscription

BanterBox subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple ID settings rather than inside the app. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose BanterBox. Apple also handles all refund requests. Their guide is at support.apple.com.

Reporting a prompt

Every prompt is written in house and reviewed before it ships. If one still lands wrong, send the game name and the text of the card and it will be reviewed and removed if it does not belong.
